Praise Email

This is a copy of the e-mail that my team sent to the Managing Director and Head of Interns:

'Hi both

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that Grace who has been helping out on our team for the last week has really been doing a great job for us the past few days, going way over and above the call of duty.

In addition to her help at the Mail on Sunday: Financial Mail shoot (Thurs) she insisted on dropping by our DOYS Easter event (Sat) which she can now include in her internship paper when she her returns to Uni. It really did make a massive difference as I was on my own that day so very useful having a spare pair of hands.

Just thought you should both know what a great job she has been doing as it shouldn’t go unnoticed.
